Richard Lincoln Parker, Sr., 84, died March 15, 2013 in Melbourne, Florida.
Mr. Parker was born in Perry, Florida and moved to Ft. Pierce, Florida in 1963 and in 1973 relocated to Melbourne, Florida.
He was a pastor for 50 years in Alabama and Florida. He was a pastor at Westside Baptist Church in Fort Pierce in the 1960’s and White City Baptist in Fort Pierce in the 1970’s.
Survivors include his sons, Richard Parker, Jr. of Melbourne Beach, FL and Roger Parker of Atlanta, GA; 3 grandsons, Arron Parker, Shane Cole, and Wayne Cole all of Melbourne, FL; and 4 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Doris Dail Parker.
Services: Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 17, 2013 from 2:30-3:30 PM with a service to follow at 3:30 PM at Central Baptist Church, Melbourne, Florida. Burial will take place at Florida Memorial Gardens in Rockledge, Florida.
