Richard H. Pascoe, 77, died on March 25, 2014 in Sebastian, Florida.
Mr. Pascoe was born in Reading, Pennsylvania to Margaret and Clarence Pascoe and moved Florida in 1968 and then to Fort Pierce in 1972.
He served in the U.S. Army from 1960-1962 in Berlin when the Berlin Wall was up. He started Budget Quality Pest Control in 1984 and then moved to Sebastian in 2003 and started Action Environmental Services. He was a life member and Past District Commander of the VFW District 11 of Florida, past president of the Eagles of Fort Pierce, member of the Elks Club, member of the American Legion Post 40 of Fort Pierce, life member of Am Vets, past president of the U.S. Military Vets Motorcycle Club of the Treasure Coast Chapter 4, and member of the Berlin Military Veterans Association from 1996 until his death.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Diane Pascoe of Sebastian, FL; daughters, Sharon, Cathy and Alesia all of Reading, PA; sons, Rick of Reading, PA and Richard A. Pascoe of Port St.Lucie, FL; stepson, Steve; 14 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his stepson, Arte.
