Richard D. Robinson, 84, passed away January 23rd, 2018.
He was born in White City, Florida, was a graduate of Fort Pierce High School, Class of 1951, and attended the University of Florida. He served in the United States Air Force and U.S. Air Reserve-Florida.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Denise, and his parents, Henrik and Madelyn Robinson.
He is survived by daughter, Jan McGuinn and her husband, Gary; his son, Richard D. Robinson, Jr. and his wife; three grandchildren; his sister, Janice Hancock, and many nieces and nephews.
Richard was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church.
He was a Boy Scouts of America-Eagle Scout. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, sailing and flying. Over his career, he was involved in telecommunications engineering with AT&T, RCA linkage with the space program at Cape Canaveral, and as a computer engineer with RCA in Palm Beach Gardens. He was in the citrus industry as owner of Robinson Citrus, Inc. and a member of the Florida Gift Fruit Shippers Association.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 11:00 AM at St. Anastasia Catholic Church, Fort Pierce. Burial will follow at White City Cemetery.
