Richard “Dick” John Hewitt, 62, died June 30, 2013 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Hewitt was born in Stoneham, Massachusetts and moved to Ft. Pierce, Florida 11 years coming from New Hampshire.
He was the owner of Chrome Horse Performance in Jensen Beach and founding member of Kindred Hearts Transport Connection. He was an avid motorcyclist enthusiast.
Survivors include his wife, Marion S. Hewitt of Ft. Pierce, FL; son, Jon Hewitt of Nashua, NH and sister, Judy Hewitt of Wakefield, MA.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of St. Lucie County, P. O. Box 14199, Fort Pierce, FL 34979.
Services: A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
