Survivors include his mother Frances; daughters, Jewel Ann, Machelle, Mia, and Yvette; sons, Kirk, Christopher, Curtis, and Cody; sisters, Julie, Suzanne, and Charlotte; and 8 grandchildren.
Services: A funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at 4:30 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Ft. Pierce, Florida. A private burial will be held at the South Florida VA Cemetery in Lake Worth, Fl.
