Robert Edward Hancock Jr., 73, of Fort Pierce, Florida passed away peacefully at the VNA Hospice House on Monday, January 23rd 2017 with his wife of 44 years by his side.
Robert "Bob" was born on December 14, 1943 in Maryland. Bob, his wife Liz, and daughter Becky moved from Maryland to Fort Pierce in 1985.
Bob had a passion for music, playing golf, riding motorcycles, and fishing. Above all, he had an immense love and devotion to his family.
He was a people person and a friend to anyone he encountered. He used that personality trait well in his career as a salesman.
Bob is survived by his wife Liz Hancock; sons, Robert E. Hancock III, Jeffrey E. Hancock; daughters, Joy (Chris) Wilde and Becky Hancock (Christian) Springsteen. Bob had nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will take place Saturday, January 28th at Orange Avenue Baptist Church at 11:00am.
