Robert Michael Okal, 82, of Ft Pierce, FL passed away Friday at his home with his family by his side.
Bob was preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years, Nancy. He is survived by his devoted Godson, Jim Chalmers and wife, Carrie, and Goddaughter, Jennifer Frankel.
An Air Force veteran, Bob’s main passions were anything to do with Chicago and Aviation, particularly TWA Airlines. He spent 12 years working for TWA then remained an active member of their TWA Club!
Finishing off a 30-year career with St Lucie County, Bob was surrounded by lifelong friends. He & Nancy often cruised in their original ’69 VW Bug, enjoying live music and a good cocktail. Bob will be remembered by all, for his jolly smile and his generous spirit.
A graveside service will be held at White City Cemetery at 10 am on Thursday, March 18, 2021.
