Robert (Bob) Sayers

August 12, 1972 — July 28, 2024

Fort Pierce

Robert Sayers (Bob) departed this world peacefully on July 28, 2024 for continuing adventures with friends and family who have gone before him.

With a kind heart to the core, playful humor, and sharp wit, Bob was a true gentleman who formed many strong and long-lasting friendships. In younger years biking streets and exploring woods, boating, and fishing. In his early teens Bob discovered his love of music and skill as a musician and singer.

As a lover and defender of the underdogs, Bob is an original punk rock soul. The heart of the punk rock band The Wolfdaddys, he channeled his zest for life with a side of angst for the struggle with absolute passion and powerful vocals that threatened to burst his veins with or without an audience. The Wolfdaddys would perform from Vero Beach to Palm Beach and produced many recorded songs that were memorized and sung by their fans and audiences. Bob also jammed the rest of his life with friends and family, riffing and singing favorite tunes.

A Master Electrician Bob excelled in his work and was motivated to be a leader working his way up for Fastrac Electric. As a loving father and husband, Bob was a fun and active dad and proud family man. A foodie at heart Bob’s 15 bean soup was famous and he loved searching far and wide for dives with the best eats, especially tacos.

Bob will be missed by his mother Kathleen Sayers, father Bob (Julie) Sayers, sisters Brie (Rob) Lamb, Taylor Sayers, Stephanie Sayers, sons Gage and Jared, daughter Bailey, grandchildren Hannah, Clover, Llewyn, and Teagan, niece Grace, Addison, Delaney, nephews Brenden, Evan, and Gavin, uncles Pat and Leo Bly, aunt Colleen Bly, Cousins Shawn Bly, Joey and Josh Hauer, Jacob Settle, Jordan Freidman, Patrick and Shannon Bly, and Bob’s many friends.
