Robert W. Cranmer, Sr., 82, died July 30, 2008 in Fort Pierce, Florida.Mr. Cranmer was born in Detroit, Michigan and moved to Florida in 1986.
He was a principal for the public school system in Greenwich, Connecticut and was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy serving during WWII.Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Frances E. Cranmer of Ft. Pierce, FL; daughter, Sherry Cranmer Tynan of Leonia, NJ; son, Robert W. Cranmer, Jr. of Port St. Lucie, FL; 8 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.Services: Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1, 2008 from 5-8 PM with a Wake Service at 6:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2008 at 10:00 AM at St. Mark’s Catholic Church. Burial will take place at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Bristol, Vermont.
