Rockey E. Blount, 68, passed away May 13, 2021 in Fort Pierce, FL.
Rockey was born in Sebring, FL to Clarence “Buddy” Blount and Janie Arnold on October 22, 1952.
He worked as a carpenter most of his life and enjoyed fishing, shooting, woodworking, making model cars, watching NASCAR, and of course watching his Dolphins play football!
Rockey enjoyed life and being with his friends and family. He even grew his hair out just to donate it to Locks of Love.
Rockey is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Lillian Blount of Fort Pierce, FL; mother, Janie Hardin of Fort Pierce, FL; children, Raquel (Brian) Smith of Fort Pierce, FL, Roxann Remley also of Fort Pierce, FL and Reba (Wayne) Anderson of Port Saint Lucie, FL; grandchildren, Sonya Smith, Devin Remley, and Aiden Remley all of Fort Pierce, FL. He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence “Buddy” Blount and siblings, Gail Bonner and Susan Ingram.

There will be a visitation at Haisley Funeral Home in Fort Pierce, FL on Wednesday, May 19 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM with a service at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at White City Cemetery also of Fort Pierce, FL.
