Rocky Fusco, 64, passed away on April 14, 2021 in Danville, Indiana.
Rocky was born in Weehawken, NJ to Giulio Fusco and Ruby Avery on December 31, 1956.
He graduated from Memorial High School and went on to join the United States Army where he served his country for 4 years. Later in life, Rocky founded South Florida Tattoo in Fort Pierce, FL where he remained the owner for 26 years.
Rocky lived an extraordinary life. He loved traveling, riding his motorcycle, cooking, grilling, but most of all spending time with his kids. He was well known for his knack of tattooing and loved bringing his clients tattoo ideas to life with his skills.
He was a member of the US Military Vets Motorcycle Club for over 21 years and a proud veteran. Most that knew him will remember him for his sarcasm and witty personality.
Rocky is survived by his sons, Anthony (Alekzandria) Fusco of Fort Pierce, FL, and Michael Fusco also of Fort Pierce, FL as well as his significant other, Beth Ciacci of Sevierville, TN. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Desiree Fusco; sister, Elizabeth Andersen and mother, Ruby Hanford.
Rocky was a vital member of his community, both far and near, known for his award-winning artistry in tattooing and for being the longest running tattoo shop owner on the Treasure Coast.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:00 PM on May 2, 2021 at the VFW Post 8058 located at 3475 Douglas Street in Fort Pierce, FL.
