Mr. Stevens was born in Chicago, Illinois and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1975 coming from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
He was a painter and a Veteran of the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife of 26 years, Barbara Stevens and their daughter, Amber Stevens both of Fort Pierce, FL; his daughters, Stacey Vannice of Palm Beach, FL and Elisha Davis of Okeechobee, FL; sister, Karen Pinkney of Merritt Island, FL and 8 grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Treasure Coast Hospice, 5000 Dunn Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34981. www.TCHospice.org .
Services: A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at 11:00 AM at The Crossing Community Church, South Campus, 5200 Oleander Avenue, Fort Pierce. Arrangements are under the direction of Haisley Funeral & Cremation Service.
