Rodney “Rod” Pentz, 76, of Fort Pierce, Florida passed away at his home on September 26, 2021.
Rod was born on May 29, 1945 in Lansing, Michigan to Dallas and Marguerite Pentz. Rod married Linda Huffman on May 6, 1977 in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Rod was a retired freight handler for AAA Cooper Transportation. He could be found working in his garage or doing anything with automobiles. He loved the classic composers, including Bach, Beethoven, and Handel. He had a pure and loving heart for his 7 cats.
Survivors include loving wife of 44 years, Linda Pentz of Fort Pierce, Florida; sons, Erik D. (Lilliana) Pentz of Fort Pierce, Florida and Kevin L (Danielle) Pentz of Liberty, Missouri; brother, Jody (Lori) Malyski of Port St. Lucie, Florida, as well as 5 other brothers and sisters; grandchildren, Mackenzie Pentz, Dallas Pentz, and Ryan Pentz. He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Marguerite; and brother, Mark Pentz.
