Roger Allen Fields, 62, died October 12, 2021 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Fields was born in Springfield, Ohio on September 19, 1959 and resided in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
He graduated from Fort Pierce High School. He was a mental health associate at Fort Pierce Psychiatric Hospital, Indian River Community Health and New Horizons. Roger loved music and dancing; country music was his life language. In his younger years, he enjoyed teaching dance and DJing. He took a lot of interest in the Native American Indian culture and was a true Buckaroo.
Survivors include his sons, Michael Brent Fields of Port St. Lucie, FL, Mitchel Brandon Fields of Port St. Lucie, FL, Marc Brian Fields of Las Vegas, NV; daughter, Mia Beth Fields of Fort Pierce, FL; grandchildren, Bryan Michael Fields of Port St. Lucie, FL, Connor Lee Fields of Port St. Lucie, FL, Mason Bradley Fields of Port St. Lucie, FL, Kaelyn Marie Fields of Port St. Lucie, FL, Nevaeh Blessing Hogan of Fort Pierce, FL, and Noble Mitchel Fields of Port St. Lucie, FL; brothers, Paul Frederick Fields, Russell Lloyd Walker, and Erain Eugene Walker. He was preceded in death by his mother, Karen Sue Rodgers, sister, Yolanda Gerri Vandeventer, and former wife, Kelley Anne Brown Fields.
A Mass will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 10:00 AM at St. Anastasia Catholic Church, Fort Pierce.
