Ronald “Ronnie” Joseph Plyler
Ronald “Ronnie” Joseph Plyler, 91, died May 20, 2021 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
He was born in Venango, Pennsylvania and resided in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Ronald graduated from Cranberry High School, Seneca, PA. He was a motorcycle military policeman in the Korean War from 1950-1953. Ronald retired as district manager at Rinker Concrete Materials. In in spare time, he enjoyed traveling in his R.V. (he actually wore out 6 motorhomes) and building ultra light planes. He was very proud of getting his pilot’s license at the age of 58.
Survivors include his wife of 71 years, Helen E. Plyler of Fort Pierce, FL; daughters, Peggy (Marvin) Smith of Alexandria, TN, Pattie (Wayne) Hall of Sebastian, FL, Cheri (Steve) of Fort Pierce, FL and Becky Barker of Nashville, TN; sister, Rosalie Hawkins of Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents, Martin and Caroline Plyler and brothers, Bob and Marty Plyler.
