Ronald Brian Teel, Ronnie to most, passed away unexpectedly on the night of May 3, 2014.
Ronnie, a true conch, was born in Key West on October 8, 1942, son of John and Ellen Knowles Teel. On October 1, 1964 he married his true love of over 50 years, Constance Lorraine Crusoe, also a true Conch. “Ronnie & Connie” as they were known, had 3 children; Candice Lynn husband, Ervin Coulter, Ronald Brian Teel II, domestic partner Alex Rodriguez, Russell Bernard Teel ,wife Sandra. Settling down in Fort Pierce, FL. in 1967 Ronnie worked for Southern Bell & BellSouth until retirement in 1994. His final years were spent watching his family grow as grandson Jesse Gordon, wife Jeannie, granddaughter Olivia, and husband Tony Thomas. Olivia’s son Ajay & Jesse’s son Jalen moved Ronnie & Connie to be great grandparents. Ronnie and his best friend Connie enjoyed every moment in his last years, as he was a superb artist and an excellent photographer. Many of his pictures were published in the St. Lucie County Tribune. His family and friends will miss this wonderful man.
There will be no service per his wishes. His ashes will be laid to rest in Key West.
