Ronald was born in Waterbury, New York, and was a resident of Fort Pierce for the past 16 years, coming from Barefoot Bay, FL.He was a machinist in an expanding metal factory, a vendor at the flea market in Vero Beach and well known to all.Survivors include his son, Louis Allen of Fort Pierce, FL; daughters, Colleen Allen of Carlton, GA and Linda Lee Allen of Ocean Grove, NY; and, 8 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Allen.
