Rosa Lee Walker-Harding, 76, passed away in Vero Beach, Florida on November 26, 2023.

Rosa was born to Joe and Viola Walker on May 04, 1947 in Sweetwater, Tennessee. She moved to Vero Beach, Florida where she married the love of her life, Dennis Harding. The two of them later settled in Okeechobee, Florida.

She loved gardening and landscaping and her passion for rescuing animals was unmatched. She took in every stray and ran All Pet Rescue for many years.

Rosa is survived by her three daughters, Melinda (Keith) Irons, Debbie Nicotra, and Crystal (Josh) Christman; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; her brother, Alan Morris; and several members of her extended family.

She was preceded in passing by her husband, Dennis Harding; her parents, Joe and Viola Walker; and her brothers, RD Watson, Ray Jiles, and Larry Walker.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
