Rose Marie Aiello, 82, passed away on September 29, 2017 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
She was born in Astoria, New York. Rose moved to Fort Pierce in 1979 coming from Long Island, New York to escape the cold weather.
Rose volunteered at the Ladies Auxillary at the Holtsville Fire Department. She managed two family owned businesses in Long Island, New York. Rose worked for the Saint Lucie County Public School system, specifically in the cafeteria at Lincoln Park Academy. She loved cruising and living on South Beach in Fort Pierce, Florida. She was known for her famous meatballs and butter cookies. Rose was also very involved with the Adoration Chapel at St. Anastasia Catholic Church.
Survivors include her sons, Anthony (Carol) Aiello of Selden, New York, Andrew (Cindee) Aiello of Port Saint Lucie, Florida, Arthur (Michelle) Aiello of Fort Pierce, Florida; daughter, Anna (John) Ponte of Raleigh, North Carolina; 13 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by husband, Pasquale Aiello; brother, Neil Esposito; sister, Julia Bartolomeo.

Services: Visitation will be held on October 3, 2017 from 5:00 to 8:00PM with a Wake Service at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce, Florida. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on October 4, 2017 at 11:00AM at St. Anastasia Catholic Church, Fort Pierce, Florida. Entombment will be at Riverview Memorial Park, Fort Pierce, Florida.
