Rose Wright Pitoniak, 87, died Sunday, December 7, 2008 at Broadmoor Assisted Living in Ft. Pierce, Florida.
She was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut and resided in Ft. Pierce, Florida.
Rose worked at the former American Chain & Cable Company as a secretary and was secretary for the Warden at the Bridgeport Correctional Facility before retiring.
Rose is survived by her sister, Victoria Cromwell of New Milford, CT; brother, Harold Jacobson of Stratford, CT and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her late husbands, Walter Wright and Thomas Pitoniak, and her son, Walter Wright.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America, 322 Eighth Avenue, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10001.
Services: Interment will be held at Union Cemetery in Stratford, Connecticut.
