Rosetta G. “Grandma Rosie” Schanz, 91, died January 24, 2008 in Port St. Lucie, FL.Mrs. Schanz was born in New Holland, Ohio and moved to Port St. Lucie in 1989 coming from Columbus, Ohio.She loved crocheting and eating out and being on the go.Survivors include her sons, Ryan Clark Reed of Port St. Lucie, FL, Jon Troute of Danville, KY, Terry Sandy of Port St. Lucie, FL and John Jones of Ft. Pierce, FL; daughters, Adrianne Reed Williamson of Ft .Pierce, FL and Judith McDougal of Port St. Lucie, FL; sisters, Sylvia Basham of Columbus, OH; 16 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Randy Reed and sisters, Enolia, Myrna and Marie.Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 9900 Ninth Street North, St. Petersburg, FL 33716.Services: A memorial service will be held Thursday, January 31, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Walton Road Baptist Church in Port St. Lucie, FL.
