Roy Roger Mitchell

Roy Roger Mitchell, 65, of Vero Beach, Florida, formerly of Port St. Lucie, Florida and Delaware, Ohio, died in Vero Beach on Sunday, April 3, 2005.He was born in Lucasville, Ohio to the late Allen Earl and Victorine T. Mitchell on March 14, 1940.Roy is survived by his wife, Gayle and three children, Sherri (Mike) Morrow of Powell, Ohio, Jane (Paul) Whitaker of Fort Pierce, Fl, and Roger Jeffrey Mitchell of Atlanta, Ga., 6 grandchildren: Brandon, Eric, Chase, Brooke, Reid and Tiffany; 2 great-grandchildren, Taylor and Trever; three brothers, Paul (Pat) Mitchell of Chillicothe, Ohio, Bill (Laura) Mitchell of Washington, CH, Ohio and Tom (Dianthe) Mitchell of Lucasville, Ohio; 2 sisters, Delores (Leo) Hamblin and Dawn King of Columbus, Ohio and many nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister Wanda and brother Richard.A Memorial Service will be held at the First Baptist Church Port St. Lucie, 115 NE Solida Drive, Port St. Lucie, Fl 34983 on Thursday, April 7, 2005 at 6:00 PM, with Pastor Bryan D. Herrington officiating.
