Ruby A. Moye Blair
Ruby was born in Cleburn County, Heflin, Alabama on October 3, 1918 to Mallileau C. Thrasher and Emma Daisy Thrasher. She moved to Fort Pierce, Florida from Atlanta in 1962. She managed Warren Laundry Stores until retirement. She was a member of Sunrise Baptist Church, now known as Midway Road Baptist Church. She was welcomed home by her beloved husband, Leonard G. (Jim) Blair; first husband, James Lewis Moye; her sister, Rosalie T. Moye; nephews, Thomas R. Moye and James A. Moye, Sr.; step-daughter, Kathy Blair Puckett.
She is survived by her nieces, Jackie M. Smith (Bruce) of Punta Gorda, FL, Sherry A. Adams (Rudy) of Tifton, GA, Doris Jones of Leesburg, GA; nephew, Dr. Michael D. Moye, Sr.(Sharon) of Moultrie, GA; step children, Joyce Smith (Bill) of Centralia, MO, Ronald Blair (Dot) of Port St. Lucie, FL; sister-in-Christ, Deloris Martin of Fort Pierce, FL; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
