Rudy Madore

Rudy lost his short battle with cancer on 12/15/09 surrounded by his loved ones.

Born 3/2/1945 he leaves his wife Cynthia of Ft. Pierce, FL, son Mark and his wife Diane of Port St. Lucie, FL, Rascal and Ginger, sisters Gloria, Sylvia and Marge and many nephews and nieces that he loved dearly. He also leaves many close and lifelong friends who helped us all through this terrible year. He is pre-deceased by his beloved daughter Michele Madore-Costa who also just lost her battle with Cancer, and brothers, Richard and Phil.

Rudy was born and raised in Hartford and then later raised his family in East Hartford and Manchester. Rudy worked for MDC for over 33 years and was a Union Steward and Crew Leader, he also made many great and lifelong friends there. He then retired to sunny Florida with his wife Cindy in 2007. Rudy was also a member of the Elk's club, Lion's club and a Cubmaster for the Boy Scouts with his son Mark. Drag Racing and motorcycles were Rudy's passion and he was a member of the Retread's club. Rudy was also an official Country Squier of TN and enjoyed Bluegrass music. We will all miss his wonderful compassion, values and morals he helped instill in all who knew him.

Instead of flowers please donate to the Treasure Coast Hospice House in Fort Pierce, FL where Rudy received his final care. They are the best!!

Services: A memorial will be held at the Spanish Lakes Fairways Community Center at 10:30am on 12/21/09 in Ft. Pierce, FL. Arrangements are under the direction of Haisley Funeral & Cremation Service.
