Ruth E. Wiegand, 87, died September 1, 2009 in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
Mrs. Wiegand was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1977.
She was a member of White City United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Joanna Wiegand of Pittsburgh, PA; grandsons, Michael and Joseph Wiegand both of Pittsburgh, PA; brother, Howard Green of Pittsburgh, PA; greatgrandchildren, Noah and Matthew Wiegand. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Wiegand and sons, Bobby and David Wiegand.
Memorial contributions may be made to the White City United Methodist Church, 810 West Midway Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34982.
Services: A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at 1:00 PM at White City United Methodist Church.
