Ruth J. “Kit” Bernero, 83, died July 15, 2009 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.
Mrs. Bernero was born in St. Petersburg, Florida and moved to Ft. Pierce in 2002 coming from Naples, Florida.
She was the president of the Elks Club Auxillary in Naples, Florida.
Survivors include her daughter, Laura (Ken) Bernero Carlson of Greenville, SC; son, John D. (Kristen) Bernero of Vero Beach, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband, John D. Bernero.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 SE Indian Street, Stuart, FL 34997.
Services: There will be a private family service in Naples, Florida.
