Mrs. Brascher was born in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Vero Beach in 1979, coming from Selden, Long Island, New York.She was an occupational therapist and a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church of Vero Beach.Survivors include her son, Raymond Clarkson of Middle Island, Long Island, NY and daughter, Diane Williams of Senoia, GA.
