Samuel “Sam” Inzerra III, 72, of Port St. Lucie, FL passed away September 8, 2024 surrounded by his family.

Sam was born January 1, 1952 in Newburgh, NY to Samuel and Louise (Ruggerio) Inzerra II. He graduated from NFA and enlisted and served as an MP in the United States Army and Army Reserves until he was honorably discharged. Then he became a member of Ironworker Local 417. He married his beloved Patricia on June 4, 1994. He moved with Patricia to Florida in 2000 coming from Newburgh, NY. 

Sam’s favorite hobby was fishing, and he enjoyed doing it from his boat. He also enjoyed hunting. These were the only things that could take him away from spending time with his favorite girls, Tricia, Amber and Jackie. His other pastimes included gardening, he enjoyed growing sunflowers and bougainvillea arches. He also loved animals, his pets and going to the zoo. Sam loved supporting his family.

Survivors include stepdaughter and caregiver, Amber (David) Uszenski, step-granddaughter, Jacqueline Uszenski, all of Port St. Lucie, FL; daughter, Tiffany Inzerra and son Samuel Inzerra IV and grandchildren; sister, Louise (Tony) Fern of Newburgh, NY, brother, Philip (Loraine) Inzerra of Shelton, CT and sister, Elizabeth (Art) Nelbach of New Windsor, NY. As well as many nieces, nephews and other extended family members.

He was predeceased by his beloved Patricia “Tricia” Inzerra, and parents, Samuel and Louise Inzerra and sister, Merril Inzerra
