Sandra was born in Jacksonville, Florida, and was a resident of Fort Pierce since 1963, coming from Douglas, Georgia.
She was the owner/operator of Jack in the Box Children’s Consignment Shop.
Survivors include her parents, Rosa and Lester Chaney of Fort Pierce, FL and many devoted friends.
