Sandra Jean Thames

Sandra Jean Thames, 55, died September 7, 2006 in Port St. Lucie, Florida.Mrs. Thames was born on March 24, 1951 in Auburn, New York and moved to Port St. Lucie 3 ½ years ago coming from Fort Worth, Texas.She graduated from Union Springs Central High School in 1969 and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Art History from Queens College in 1974.Survivors include her daughter, Bianca Rodriguez of Port St. Lucie, FL, and two sons, Frankie Chimenti of Manhassett, NY and Michael Thames of Port St. Lucie, FL. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Margaret Thames and her parents, Karl M. Shank and Barbara Breen.Sandy was a lover of the arts, enjoyed studying British History, and was passionately dedicated to the pursuit of wisdom.Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army, 711 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL 34950.
