Mrs. Freshour was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and was a seasonal resident of Ft .Pierce for the last 15 years and had become a permanent resident 7 years ago.
She enjoyed traveling, multimedia art, and spending time with her friends.
Survivors include her mother; stepfather; sister; 3 stepchildren and 3 step grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband and father.
