Dr. Sarah E. Tinsley, 32, of Port Saint Lucie, Florida passed away July 18, 2018 at her home.
Sara was born on September 28, 1985 in Ocala, Florida to Mr. and Mrs. John and Sissy Tinsley. She moved to Port Saint Lucie, Florida in 2005 from Ocala.
Sarah received her PhD from Capella University. She was passionate about helping children. She loved baking, reading, interior design, her faith and going to the beach. She worked at Sandy Pines in Tequesta as a Mental Health Counselor.
Survivors include; husband, Brian Eckert; father, John Paul (Debbie) Tinsley of Birchtree, Missouri; mother, Sissy Taylor of Port Saint Lucie, Florida; paternal grandmother, Janet Tinsley of Ocala, Florida; step-brother, Ethan Griffis. She was preceded by brother, J.P. Tinsley Jr; step-father, Ed Taylor; ste-brother, Shaun Griffis; paternal grandfather, Paul Tinsley and maternal grandfather, Robert Wolfe.
