Sheila Ann Chumbley, 55, died June 2, 2009 in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
Mrs. Chumbley was born in Greenport, New York and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1974 coming from Long Island, New York.
She worked as an engineering assistant at AT&T and was a member of the Pioneer Club for AT&T.
Survivors include her husband of 28 years, Michael Chumbley of Ft. Pierce, FL; daughter, Heather A. Chumbley of Stuart, FL; sisters, Terry L. Hall of Port St. Lucie, FL and Cathy L. Kemp of Ft. Pierce, FL; mother, Lilian Nine of Port St. Lucie, FL; niece, Lynann Gouveia of Rochester, NY; nephews, Gary Hodge, TJ Kemp and Kyle Kemp all of Ft. Pierce, FL. She was preceded in death by her father, Cornelius “Butch” Nine.
Memorial contributions may be made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. 2600 Network Blvd., Suite 300, Frisco, Texas 75034.
Services: Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2009 from 4-7 PM at Haisley Funeral Home. A service will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at 12:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at White City Cemetery.
