Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Janet C. Tarr of Ft. Pierce, FL; son, Gary G. Tarr of Vero Beach, FL; son, Richard S. Tarr of Williamson, NY; daughter, Kathleen T. Onus of Stuart, FL; brother, Gary E. Tarr of Greensburg, PA, sister Shirley Neihenke of Westfield, NY; and six grandchildren.
