She is survived by her husband Kenneth Webb and her children David, Justin, Diane, Melissa, Ricky and her sister Diane Maxwell and her brother Randy Stemock. A memorial service will be held for Shirl at the Haisley Funeral Home, 3015 Okeechobee Road, Ft Pierce, Florida Saturday, September 18th at 4pm.
