Stacy Lanceford Moran, Sr.

Stacy Lanceford Moran, Sr., 55, died November 17, 2014 in Blairsville, Georgia.

Mr. Moran was born in San Diego, California and moved to Blairsville, Georgia 2 ½ years ago from Fort Pierce, Florida.

He was a Veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard Reserves and worked for the Fort Pierce Police Department for 16 years prior to retirement. He also was the owner/operator of Select Legal Support, private investigator. He loved anything hands on, especially carpentry work, spending time with family, shooting, and the outdoors.

Survivors include his sons, Stacy Moran, Jr. of Fort Pierce, FL and Steven Moran of Vero Beach, FL; mother, Marie Tornay of Athens, TX; grandchildren, Mason, Easton and Mackenzie Moran. He was preceded in death by his father, Lance Moran.
