Stanley J. Czepiel Jr.

Stanley Czepiel, Jr, 89, of Fort Pierce, Florida passed away February 12, 2017.

Stanley was born in Utica, New York on June 6, 1927; the son of Stanley and Cornelia (Walarus) Czepiel. Stan was a self-made businessman. He started his own auto service station shortly after serving in the military. He served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. Stan operated 5 Brothers Trading Post in West Leyden, New York and Czepiel Real Estate in West Leyden and Boonville, New York for many years before moving to Fort Pierce, Florida.

In November of 1954, he married Florence Hrim. Together they had three children. After the marriage ended, Stanley met Florence Bergden and enjoyed a loving relationship until his passing.
Stan was a member of many business and military organizations. He was very proud of his children and his business endeavors. Stan enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Survivors include children; Diana (Roger) Turek of Evergreen, Colorado, Daniel (Lorrie) Czepiel of Boonville, New York, and Stanley III (Brenda) of Lake Bonaparte, New York; as well as his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his long-time companion, Florence Bergden of Fort Pierce, Florida and her family. Stan was predeceased by sisters, Josephine, Helen, Catherine, Sally and Emily; and brothers, Michael, John, Theodore, and Joseph.
