Stanley John Voje, 88, died December 2, 2010 in Vero Beach, Florida.
Mr. Voje was born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1973 coming from Commack, New York.
He retired in 1986 after 13 years with the school board and was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy serving from 1942-1946.
Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Rose I. Voje of Ft. Pierce, FL; sons, Stanley Voje and Neil Voje; daughter, Paula Hart Gilliams; 12 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; brother, Frank Voje; sisters, Betty Birk and Marion Allgaier. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Joan M. Voje and son, Mark Voje.
Services: Visitation will be held on Monday, December 6, 2010 from 5-7 PM at Haisley Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at 10:00 AM at St. Anastasia Catholic Church.
