Stephanie Melnikowsky, 92, died September 29, 2011 at Harbor Place in Port St. Lucie, FL.
She was born in Hartford, Connecticut, lived in Flushing, NY and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1990.
She was a hairdresser and loved to dance at the Polish American Club.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Melnikowsky.
Survivors include her niece, Vicki Cowles of Fort Pierce, FL; nephew, Harold Trainor, Jr. of Hendersonville, NC; sister, Helen Hanson and nephew Scott Hanson both of Janesville, WI; niece, Robyn Howard of Camarillo, CA and many other great-nieces and great-nephews.
Services: A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2011 at 6:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home. Interment will take place at Calvary Cemetery in Long Island, NY.
