Stephen J. Lawrence, 95, died December 6, 2012 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Lawrence was born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1995 coming from Miramar, Florida.
He was a Veteran of WWII, 12th Infantry, walked the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier for 3 years. He worked in the coal mines in Pennsylvania then went to work for Matthews Wood Products for 26 years, and retired from La Strada Manufacturing after 10 years as manager.
Survivors include his wife, son, daughter, 5 grandchildren, 1 sister, and 1 brother. He was preceded in death by 4 sisters and 2 brothers.
