Stephen R. Ondrovic, 61, of Port St. Lucie, Florida passed away on August 29, 2015. He was the beloved husband of Karen M. (Leonard), to whom he was married for 23 years. He was born in Flushing, New York, January 27, 1954, the son of the late Steve and Marilyn (Fay) Ondrovic. He worked for 20 years for the Department of Sanitation, New York City, NY and for 38 years at Leisier’s Liquors in Flushing, NY.
Steve and Karen enjoyed traveling and took many memorable vacations and cruises together. A favorite destination was Las Vegas. Steve was a lifelong NY Mets, Jets and Rangers fan and sports enthusiast.
Steve is also survived by his sister, Kathleen P. Ondrovic, of Flushing, NY; and an aunt, Lillian Miller of Little Neck, NY. He is survived by sister-in-laws, Kathleen M. Russell (James) of Townsend, MA and Ria T. Leonard (Eric), of Gainesville, FL and brother-in-law; Thomas T. Leonard (Jean) of Dracut, MA. Survivors also include niece, Katelyn Russell and nephews, Christopher and Matthew Russell of Townsend, MA and Matthew Figgiani of Port St. Lucie, Florida and several cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the Haisley Funeral Home, 2041 Bayshore Blvd, Port St. Lucie, Florida
