He retired from S.H. Rice Sandbank and was a Veteran of the United States Navy.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Clara Rice of Ft. Pierce, FL; daughter, Christy Severino of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; sons, Stillman H. Rice IV of Daytona Beach, FL and Craig Rice of Jesup, GA; and 4 grandchildren.
Services: Private family services will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of Haisley Funeral & Cremation Service.
