Sylvia Jane Peterson Bohren, 83, peacefully passed away March 21, 2021 in Palm Coast, Florida.
Sylvia was a life-long resident of Fort Pierce, Florida, and a dedicated member of Sunrise Tabernacle Church. Her belief in God and her relationship with her church family were of great value to her. As a life-long resident of Fort Pierce, Sylvia made numerous friendships, with some whom she considered family, that lasted decades.
She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren as well as fishing, gardening, and taking long strolls with her friends while talking about life and its many blessings.
Sylvia is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Bohren Schilling, and husband Eddie Schilling; Grandson, Michael E. Lott Jr.; Granddaughter, Valerie Lott Molter and husband Brad Molter; Sister, Gayla Peterson Scott and brother, Gary Peterson as well as many beloved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Thomas Bohren; Son, Daniel Robert Bohren; Parents, Ralph and Effie Peterson; Sister, Irene Hogan and brothers, William R. Peterson, and Donald Allan Peterson.
A visitation will be held on Friday, March 26, 2021 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home in Fort Pierce, FL. Services will take place at Sunrise Tabernacle Church located at 3280 S. 25th Street, Fort Pierce, FL 34981 Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 10:00 AM with a burial to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens also in Fort Pierce, FL.
