Thelma Lorraine Minnard, 96, died July 17, 2014 in Vero Beach, Florida.
Mrs. Minnard was born in Utica, New York and moved to Vero Beach in 1979.
She was a member of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church. She loved playing golf and bowling. She was a very loving mother and Nana.
Survivors include her daughters, Michele Wouters of Vero Beach, FL and Lorraine Bourgeois of Port St. Lucie, FL; sisters, Frances Edgett of Utica, NY and Eleanor Brisson of Tahuya, WA; 2 grandchildren, Maurice Bourgeois, III and Ashley (Thomas) Hinkle; 3 great-grandchildren, Savannah, Connor and Lucas Hinkle. She is preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Minnard.
