Thomas H. Lentz, Sr., 86, died December 3, 2011 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.
Tom was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and was a resident of Fort Pierce since 1992, coming from Homestead, FL.
He was a career serviceman, proudly serving in the United States Army for 23 years during WWII, the Korean Conflict, Battle of the Buldge and was with the 10th Armored Division ASSA 796th AAA. He was a member of the American Legion Post 40.
Survivors include his sons, Thomas (Monica) Lentz, Jr., of Port St. Lucie, FL, Gary (Kathy) Lentz of Islamorada, FL, Scott (Carol) Lentz of Fort Pierce, FL; daughter, Audrey (Dwight) Biedleman of Leighton, PA; sister, Blanche Halman of Allentown, PA, 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Jane Lentz and sisters, Muriel and Louise.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, P. O. Box 22594, West Palm Beach, FL 33416.
Visitation will be Friday, December 9th, 12 to 2:00 PM followed by a Service at 2:00 PM in the Haisley Chapel.
