Thomas L. Neal, 48, died November 17, 2016 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Neal was born in Belleville, New Jersey and moved to Fort Pierce in 1978 coming from Irvington, New Jersey.
He was an artist, caregiver, and animal lover.
Survivors include his father, George (Suzanne) Neal of Fort Pierce, FL; mother, Patricia McCormick Neal of Vero Beach, FL; brother, George Neal, Jr. of Margate, FL.
Contributions to a local no-kill animal shelter may be made in his honor.
Services: Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 27, 2016 from 2-3 PM with a Celebration of Life to follow at 3:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce.
