Thomas “Tom” Silas Partington, 88, died October 10, 2024 in Port St. Lucie, Florida.

Mr. Partington was born on June 30, 1936 to Gilbert & Julia Partington in Newburgh, New York and moved to Fort Pierce, Florida coming from Gardiner, New York.

Tom was a carpenter. He loved fishing, hunting, clamming, listening to music, playing his guitar, brewing beer, going to casinos (always a winner) and being outdoors. He loved his cat, Lynx. 

Survivors include his daughters, Barbara (Mike) Johnston of Fort Pierce, FL, Sharon Massoni of Port St. Lucie, FL and Linda Tryon of Heartwell, GA; sons, Guy (Dee) Partington of Davenport, FL, Alan (Barbara) Partington of Fort Pierce, FL and Tommy Partington of Gainesville, FL; 17 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren; and long-time companion, Gail Young and her sons, Ray & Chris Young all of White Pine, TN. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Ann Partington, parents, Gilbert & Julia Partington, brothers, Jim, David, Don and Gilbert Partington and granddaughter, Vanessa Lane Johnston. 

Services: Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 11:00 am-12:00 pm with a service to follow at 12:00 pm at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce.
