Mrs. Penn was a lifelong resident of Ft. Pierce, Florida.
She worked for 7-11 Convenience Stores in the area for over 20 years. She was also a manager at Finish Masters Paints of Ft. Pierce for three years.
Survivors include her husband, William Penn; sons, Shane Randall Penn and Travis Eugene Penn; brother, Gordon Rives, and 2 grandchildren all of Ft. Pierce, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert & Emma Rives.
