Tracey was born December 2nd,1960 in Amityville NY, and moved to Fort Pierce, Florida in 1995 from Ronkonkoma, NY.
She was a proud parent volunteer for 12 years. She was an exceptional author/writer of many different poems. You could always find her either in her gardens or with the loves of her life Julianna and Manny/grandchildren. She was such a loving and caring person, who will be truly missed.
Survivors include daughter Cynthia Elam, two grandchildren Julianna Tracey Andrade, Manuel Andrade; sisters Nancy McManus and Sally Parker; brothers Rudy DeFranza and Gene DeFranza; and father Rudolph DeFranza. She is predeceased by her mother Ingrid Ljung DeFranza.
