Tydfil “Ty” K. Schelin Baker, 81, Died April 23, 2011 Fort Pierce, Florida.
Mrs. Baker was born in Peconic, New York and moved to Fort Pierce in 1971 coming from Mattituck, New York.
She was a member of Indian River Presbyterian Church, the choir and the XYZ’s. Other memberships include the Eastern Star, American Business Woman’s Association, and Code Enforcement.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Baker of Texas; sons, Lenny Schelin and Ernie Schelin both of Ft Pierce, FL; daughter, Gail Sheets of Ft Pierce, FL; sister, Lilian Nine of Ft Pierce, FL; 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Eric “Lenny” Schelin and sister, Ann Starn.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Indian River Presbyterian Church Youth Fund 2499 Virginia Ave Ft Pierce, FL 34982.
Services: A Memorial Service will be held Monday May 2, 2011 at 6:00 PM at Indian River Presbyterian Church in Ft Pierce, Florida. Arrangements are under the direction of Haisley Funeral & Cremation Service.
